This version of the guide is completely free, and always will be. The expanded guide provides all known information about the Star Tours scene variants, and is updated regularly to be as accurate as possible, marked with a version number.
This version of the guide is perfectly formatted as a tri-fold brochure, with only the most essential information. It features checkboxes for you to mark scenes off as you get them, and a Flight Log on the back to record each of your flights using the handy scene codes.
OPENING CRAWL
Canon Version
Recreated closely to how the Star Tours II Opening Crawl was presented on Grand Opening Day in 2011.
Theme Park Version
Created as if Star Tours was its own saga, and this attraction was Episode II: The Adventures Continue.
SCENE DIFFERENCES
Sometimes it's hard to describe in words alone the subtle changes between scene variants... so here's a helpful visual aid!
Pre-Show (Scene 0): Flight Prep
The primary identifier for which Pre-Boarding you've gotten involves the presence (0B), or absence (0A) of a luggage train being unloaded, and the related activities. Additionally, in 0A the pit droids working on the ship will bring a ladder, whereas in 0B they will come in with a bucket, with one riding on the other's shoulders, right before C-3PO steps into the ship to speak to the captain.
Scene 1: Darth Vader Attacks!
Look directly to the right of Darth Vader. If you see Boba Fett, you have (1B). If all four characters flanking him are Skytroopers, you have (1A).
Scene 2: Probe Droid Inspects
Look at the ship to the right of the screen behind the probe droid. If it is red, you have (2B). If it's the Falcon, look at the ship's on-ramp to see BB-8 and Rey (2C), or Han Solo (2A).
Scene 4: Battle on Hoth
Towards the start of the scene, look at the snowy hills you are flying over. On the last crest before diving into the battle, you will see nothing (4A), or a rider on a Tauntaun (4B).
Scene 5: Skirmish on Kashyyyk
Towards the end of the scene, flying over the Wookiee Village, you will see either a Peko-peko (blue winged creature) fly in front of the windshield veering left (5A), or a wookiee swinging like Tarzan fly alongside you toward the middle of the windshield (5B).
Scene 6: Boonta Eve Classic Pod Race on Tatooine
Towards the end of the scene, on the ground right before Sebulba throws a wrench, you will see nothing (6A) or a red landspeeder flying from right to left (6B). Given the time period Star Tours is set during (1BBY), this landspeeder is likely driven by none other than Luke Skywalker!
Scene 7: Battle on Jakku
Note who welcomes Star Tours on the side screen at the right of the cabin: Finn (7A) or Rey (7B).
Scene 19: Incident Above Coruscant
At the very end of the scene, when descending into the hangar bay, you will see other Starspeeder 1000s (19A) or the Millenium Falcon with Chewbacca in the cockpit (19B).

Scene 20: Skirmish Over Naboo
The first variant point is just after descending into the water: Jar Jar will either be swimming and hit your windshield (20C/20D) or just be waving and duck away (20A/20B). The second variant point is at the very end: the Starspeeder's windshield will crack as you crash into the ship (20A/20C), or it will break the ship's nose with the droid throwing paint on the windshield (20B/20D).
